Refund and Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order because it’s damaged, defective, or tampered with, you can return it for free and get a full refund, if returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Make sure to contact us within 3 days and ensure the originality of the package. However, once the installation is being done, it shall not be refunded.
In case, a manufacturing defect is found on installed fitness equipment will be repaired free of cost. Once we receive the order returns, the refund payment will be processed within 3 to 7 working days.
