YALLA HomeGym Sports Equipment Trading website offers free delivery on all fitness equipment in the United Arab Emirates. Free delivery is available for all purchases, regardless of the order amount. Orders are usually dispatched and delivered within 24 to 48 hours. However, for international delivery, there may be shipping charges in accordance with the product dimension and time may vary.

Our prices for all gulf countries include all delivery fees, to your doorstep. Furthermore, the installation service (available in the UAE and some cities in the KSA) will be implemented by our qualified experts at your home based on your convenient time. The order shall be placed through our website, upon confirmation you will get an email on your given mailing address that confirms your order, mentioning the order code.

YALLA HomeGym will not deal or provide any services or product to any Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates. Moreover, multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Returns policy

If you are not satisfied with your order because it’s damaged, defective, or tampered with, you can return it for free and get a full refund, if returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Make sure to contact us within 3 days and ensure the originality of the package. However, once the installation is being done, it shall not be refunded.

In case, a manufacturing defect is found on installed fitness equipment will be repaired free of cost. Once we receive the order returns, the refund payment will be processed within 3 to 7 working days.
